We messed up: Sorry about that! Please don’t yell at us. Contact us right away so we can get you taken care of! Please email order #, pictures, and summary of the issue to [email protected].
• Defective products or incorrect items must be returned within 10 business days. Pre-paid shipping label will be provided by us if it’s our fault.
• Missing or Damaged Items: Provide photo proof before application for replacements. Please check your package thoroughly and report any issues immediately to [email protected]
You messed up: Ordered an incorrect part? We can exchange for like item and get you taken care of. Unfortunately the likelihood of damage occurring from you incorrectly packaging the product is extremely high rendering the returned graphics useless, so we do charge a 50% restocking fee which basically helps us cover production costs, shipping, and labor. Mistakes can be costly so please review your orders carefully before placing!
Package Arrived Damaged: We’re truly sorry that happened! Accidental damage (or intentional damage depending on your relationship with your delivery person) will require a CLAIM to be filed with your local office. It’s unfortunate, but you will have to make another purchase if your items are ruined and get reimbursed from the shipping company. Rumble Wraps makes no claims to guarantee any condition of packages or contents within once a shipping company takes possession. We trust them but accidents do happen.
Lost or Stolen Package: Lost or stolen packages are a real pain to deal with and we apologize if your package comes up missing. Unfortunately Rumble Wraps is only the producer of the goods and we didn’t lose your package. We are not liable for theft or incorrect deliveries. You will have to file a CLAIM directly with your local delivery company. This can be done online or in person. If you get notified your package was delivered and it’s not there, please do not email us as we cannot help you with the process at that point. Please note that delivery photos are often available from shipping companies and these will be kept on record.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order AND before production begins. Once your order is produced, cancellations are not allowed. Orders canceled after the specified time can receive a store credit if the order has been produced but not shipped and is subject to 30% restocking fee.
